Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Calmfill, operated by Matej Machajda (Trstená 02801). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you register.

Calmfill provides a booking page, calendar, customer records and booking emails. Appointments are agreements between a business and its customers; we are not a party to them and take no payments for them.

• Keep your account credentials secure and your business details accurate.
• Collect and use customer data lawfully, and tell customers how you use it.
• Don't use the service to send unsolicited messages or for unlawful activity.

You own your business and customer data. You can export it or delete it at any time from your settings. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

We work to keep the service available and data backed up, but can't guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change features; we'll give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.

You can delete your business and account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
