Who we are
Calmfill is operated by Matej Machajda, Trstená 02801. Contact us about privacy at xtfmathew@gmail.com.
Two kinds of people use this service
Business users (owners and staff) create an account to manage bookings. For them, Matej Machajda decides how data is processed.
Customers book appointments with a business. The business decides why it collects customer details; we process them on the business's behalf to provide booking, confirmations and reminders. Questions about a specific booking are best directed to that business, whose contact details are on its booking page and in every email.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email address, a hashed password, sign-in sessions (device type and IP address).
- Business data: profile, opening hours, services, team members and uploaded logo/cover images.
- Booking data: the appointment, and the name, email, optional phone number and notes a customer provides.
- Message records: which emails were sent for a booking and whether delivery succeeded.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. A single essential cookie keeps business users signed in.
How data is used
- To provide bookings, calendars, confirmations, reminders and account emails.
- To keep the service secure: rate limiting, abuse prevention and audit history of booking changes.
- To provide support when you contact us.
Who receives data
Our hosting, database and email-delivery providers process data on our instructions to run the service. Customer details are shared only with the business the customer booked with. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Each business chooses how long customer details are kept (6 months to 10 years); after that, personal details on past appointments are erased automatically. Businesses can export or delete customer data at any time. Account data is kept while the account exists. Expired sign-in sessions and one-time links are purged automatically.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to or restrict processing. Business users can do most of this in their account and business settings. Customers can ask the business directly, or contact us at xtfmathew@gmail.com and we will help. You may also complain to your data protection authority. This service is operated under the laws of Slovakia.
