05 — Questions

Good to know.

Do my customers need an account?

No. They pick a service and time, enter their name and email, and get a confirmation with a private link to manage their booking.

Can I approve bookings before they're confirmed?

Yes. Turn on approvals and online bookings arrive as requests. The time is held until you confirm or decline, and the customer is emailed either way.

How does it handle time zones and daylight saving?

Everything runs in your business's time zone. Opening hours stay at the same local time across daylight-saving changes, and customers always see which time zone times are in.

Does it take payments or deposits?

No. Customers pay at the appointment. Online payments are not part of the product today.

Can I get my data out?

Yes. Owners can export everything as JSON and the client list as CSV at any time, and delete customer data or the whole business.
